This is one of my favorite dishes to make and eat. Super easy and I usually always have the ingredients laying around the house, so it is perfect for one of those where you realized you really didn't plan anything. All you need is...
1 (8 ounce) package of egg noodles... I have always just use spiral noodles too
1 lb. ground beef (I use ground turkey sometimes too)
1 can fat free mushroom soup
1 Tbs garlic powder
1/2 cup sour cream
salt & pepper to taste
Cook the beef in a pan (with onions if wanted. I like it with onions). Mean while cook noodles. When beef is done thrown in mushroom soup, sour cream, and garlic. When all is mixed and warm, mixed with drained noodles.
This will serve 4 good. When I made it for 8 of us the other night I had to triple it and it did a perfect amount.
P.S. This coming week I am going to be doing my first ............................... (trying to build some suspense)............................GIVEAWAY! Yeaaaa for freebies! So if you want to sign up for a chance to win, keep a look out this next week for my wonderful prize!

I used to love Beef Stroganoff. Then I stopped eating meat, but I still have cravings for it. The best comfort food ever :)
