Batman, The Dark Knight

Sorry I am getting so late to posting today, but I was out last night and didn't get home till LAAAATE so I never got a chance to post my Tuesday craft.... but have no fear, there is still a post to come.... but it is not a craft. It is a review of BATMAN!

Curtis and I went with some friends last night to see "Batman, The Dark Knight" and all I can say is ..... WOW. It was really REALLY good and I can say that because I didn't even really like the first Batman all that much.

This one is really dark and really eerie because of the Joker, which Heath Ledger does an amazing job as. I did get a bit creeped out and had to cover my eyes in a few parts just because I was sooooo intense, but again... it is still an amazing movie. But if you get bothered by darker movies, then this one might be a little much.... it was almost for me (but I am a complete weenie when it comes to this sort of thing). So, if you have been wanting to go see it.... SEE IT! It is definently worth it. :)

  2. My husband was a huge fan of the first one, so needless to say we went and saw it opening night (well, on Friday--not the midnight showing Thursday). It was really well done! Because Randy is such a huge fan we both had heard a few spoilers which was a little annoying, but it is one of those few movies worth seeing even if it has been hyped through the roof. I have a feeling we'll be seeing it a few more times before it leaves the theaters . . .

  8. Thanks for the review!!! I will definitely check it out but probably on DVD... we've only been able to get my mom to babysit in the evenings and at the rate at which she does it... the movie probably won't be in the theaters the next time we get out for an evening!! Good thing we blong to blockbuster on line!!!

  9. I LOVED IT. (I am a Christian Bale fan...) We were on vacation in palm springs and saw it there. Creepy and intense movie that's for sure. But SUPER good!

  16. I thought there was to much "psychological darkness" within the movie. Personally.. I'm not a huge movie buff like my son and hubby are though.
