I love it when babies do that. Pretty soon she'll figure out how to finish off with a somersault. when my kids would do that, I'd push their bottoms and they'd roll over in a somersault they and would LAUGH AND LAUGH
There's an old wives tale that says when children do this they are in the presence of someone expecting a baby. I have found that it's about 60% accurate...you know, more times than not, but definitley not something set in stone.
Lucy is so cute in her special pose!! My three year old granddaughter does this too, but on the sofa...I love Lucy,s Halloween costume.. Come over and see my three granddaughter;s in their costumes... Thanks for sharing. Baba
too cute! my son is obsessed right now with walking or crawling between our legs! sometimes it is hard to even walk across the room without him tripping you!
My girlies did this exact same thing and Moodle now does forward rolls, Jim Jam kind of just goes sideways, but Lucy looks like she is getting ready to do the same Sweet xx
I believe this one is "Downward Dog". You've got a little yogi on your hands. :)
My son started doing this right before he learned to walk (around 12 months). Soon he figured out he could balance on his head and drive a truck with one hand. No somersaults here yet... (17.5 months).
ROFLOL!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!
Crazy!!!! My 14 moth old is doing the EXACT same thing!!!
ReplyDeleteBTW, congrats on keeping your wonderful governor. :(
Getting ready to learn somersaults?
ReplyDeleteI hope you'll stop by my Wordless Wednesday post. Hint: It's really, really big!

All my kids have done that. We always say "upside-down baby" and they do it some more. It's just cute. Just a different perspective I guess
